Sur le site de Lisses (91), HUTCHINSON conçoit, industrialise et vend des produits antivibratoires, des éléments de structure, des systèmes d’affichage et d’interface homme-machine et des systèmes mécatroniques à destination des marchés aéronautique, ferroviaire et industrie.

Au sein de l'équipe Supply Chain et rattaché (e) au Responsable Approvisionnement, vous garantissez, en fonction du carnet de commande fournisseurs, l’engagement de commandes auprès des fournisseurs, en temps et en heure, et l’arrivée, en temps et en heure et en quantité/qualité, des produits commandés.

Vos principales missions :

  • Valider et transformer les propositions d’ordre d’achat en commandes d’achats,
  • Faire valider les prix et le choix du fournisseur par le service Achats,
  • Emettre les commandes d’achats, en respectant les règles définies pour optimiser les stocks, et les transmettre aux fournisseurs dans les délais prévus,
  • Obtenir et relancer les fournisseurs pour obtenir les accusés réception,
  • Négocier les dates de livraison des produits commandés pour qu’elles soient compatibles avec les besoins de la production
  • Traiter les litiges en réception en collaboration avec l'assurance qualité fournisseurs
  • Transmettre les besoins fermes et prévisionnels au Service Achats et/ou aux fournisseurs
  • Maintenir un carnet de commandes fournisseurs conforme par rapport aux retours des fournisseurs (partiels, rebuts ,..) et améliorer les OTD fournisseurs
  • Vérifier et transmettre les plans, documents et spécifications d’achats nécessaires à l’exécution de la commande
  • Effectuer les relances préventives et curatives en cas de retard des fournisseurs.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel ainsi que d'une qualification (par diplôme ou expérience) dans le domaines des approvisionnements, des achats ou de la logistique.

Vous êtes rigoureux (se), pragmatique et vous savez travailler en équipe.
