RECRUTEMENT EXTERNE

Chefs d'équipe de production

Profil :

  • - Niveau technicien supérieur ou équivalent
  • - Ayant une première expérience de 2 ans minimum en management et gestion des équipes de production en tant que chef d’équipe
  • - Ayant des connaissances de base de l’informatique (Word, Excel, ERP …)
  • - Ayant pratiqué des outils d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • - Organisé, rigoureux, sérieux
  • - Ayant la capacité de gérer les conflits
  • - Ayant la capacité de manager et de communiquer
  • - Ayant la capacité de gérer le stress
  • - Ayant un bon niveau de communication transversale
  • - Apte à travailler en 3*8.

Missions :

Rattaché au chef d’atelier, vous serez en charge de :

  • Remonter et prévenir toute situation à risque sécurité et/ou environnement
  • Veiller au respect des règles et des instructions liées à l’HSEEn dans l’atelier
  • Exécuter le planning de production tout en optimisant les ressources humaines et matérielles.
  • Remonter les situations qui impactent l’exécution du planning de production et les causes de retard des ordres de fabrication
  • Réaliser les demandes d’alimentation de l’atelier en matières / composants
  • Initier les demandes d’interventions en cas de pannes machines
  • Animer les gemba walk avec les chefs de groupe
  • S’assurer du respect des différentes instructions production et qualité
  • S’assurer du respect du renseignement des différents enregistrements de production
  • S’assurer du respect des standards de rangement et de propreté au sein de l’atelier
  • Participer au parcours d’intégration et à la formation du personnel de production
  • S’assurer du respect de la matrice de polyvalence dans l’affectation des opérations
  • Veiller à la fiabilité des stocks atelier
  • Manager et animer les équipes de production, diffuser la culture d’entreprise et la culture HSEEn au sein de son équipe
  • Être responsable de l’évaluation des membres de son équipe et la réalisation de leur EIA
