Notre site de Persan, rattaché à la société HUTCHINSON SNC (Activité Aérospace-Industrie), a ouvert en 1873 et compte aujourd’hui 260 collaborateurs. Nous travaillons pour de multiples clients appartenant à des domaines d’activités variés comme la Défense, le ferroviaire, l’Agricole, l’industrie… Rejoignez-nous et révélez ce qui vous anime !​

Description de l'emploi

En plus de ses attributions d’opérateur, le chef d’équipe est en charge des missions suivantes :

Sécurité :

  • Il doit s’assurer, à la prise d’équipe, que les sécurités machines sont vérifiées et notifiées dans le cahier d’enregistrement.
  • Il doit s’assurer que son équipe dispose et porte les EPI définis et nécessaires.
  • Il doit s’assurer que son équipe travaille dans le respect des conditions de sécurité (pas de travailleur seul sur machine dangereuse, travailleur seul sous PTI…) et dispose des habilitations nécessaires (ex : CACES, pont roulant…)
  • Il doit identifier les SAR et mettre en place immédiatement les mesures de protections nécessaires.

Qualité :

  • Il doit s’assurer que les documents de production sont bien suivis.
  • Il doit prendre connaissance des non-conformités de J-1 et appliquer et faire appliquer les dernières consignes.
  • Il doit s’assurer que la production est conforme.

Management :

  • Il doit faire respecter la discipline (respect des horaires / respect des consignes de sécurité / respect des consignes de production / comportement) et remonter les écarts à son N+1.
  • Il doit réorganiser son équipe en cas d’absence d’un ou plusieurs opérateurs en veillant aux contraintes internes et réglementaires.
  • Il doit animer la réunion de prise d’équipe en utilisant les GEMBA.
  • Il doit accueillir et s’assurer que le parrainage des nouveaux arrivants est bien réalisé avec les moyens appropriés (formulaires, procédures…).

Production :

  • Il doit prendre connaissance des consignes laissées par son N+1 (GEMBA / cahier de consigne / réunion avec son N+1).
  • Il doit faire respecter les quotas de production définis par son N+1.
  • Il doit alerter son N+1 en cas de rupture de composant(s) ou matière(s) première(s).
  • Il doit remonter et enregistrer (GEMBA, cahier de consignes) tous les aléas de production (Sécurité / Qualité / Maintenance / Approvisionnement / Autres…) rencontrés durant son équipe.

Le chef d’équipe peut être amené à réaliser toute tâche nécessaire au bon déroulement de son activité et/ou demandée par son responsable hiérarchique.

Poste en journée, 2X8 ou 3X8 selon le rythme de l’équipe.

Votre dynamisme, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à gérer une équipe vous permettront de réussir sur cette fonction.
