Bij Faceland draait alles om professionaliteit, service en een warm welkom. Als Clinic Assistant ben jij het eerste gezicht van onze kliniek en zorg je voor een fijne ervaring voor iedere klant die binnenkomt. Dankzij jouw gastvrije houding, oog voor detail en organisatorische skills verloopt elke dag soepel, zowel voor klanten als voor onze behandelaars.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontvangen van klanten en het bieden van een warm, professioneel welkom.
  • Het ondersteunen van behandelaars met administratieve taken en dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
  • Beheren van alle communicatie van de kliniek, zoals telefoontjes en e-mails.
  • Zorgdragen voor een schone, georganiseerde en professionele omgeving in de kliniek.
  • Het bewaken van voorraadniveaus, het bestellen van materialen en uitvoeren van kleine facilitaire taken.
  • Assisteren bij planning, documentatie en voorbereidingen voor klanten.
  • Het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden gedurende de openingstijden.
  • Flexibele inzetbaarheid, waaronder avonden, weekenden en vakantieperiodes wanneer nodig.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2400,- en €3100,- o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek;
  • 16 uur per week met de mogelijkheid tot extra flexuren;
  • 5% extra op je bruto salaris als bijdrage aan je oudedagsvoorziening;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer voor woon-werk verkeer;

Must-haves

  • Je bent beschikbaar op woensdag 13:30-21:00 en zaterdag 09:30-17:00;
  • Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Een servicegerichte achtergrond is een sterke pré;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en bent bereid om in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen te werken en in te vallen bij verlof of ziekte;
  • Een representatief en verzorgd uiterlijk is belangrijk;
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B.
