Für unseren zukünftigen Standorte in Münster suchen wir ab sofort Sie als Rezeptionist / Empfangsmitarbeiter (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Patienten in der Praxis im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten (primär Dienstag-Samstag zwischen 09:30h und 18:30h)
  • Terminvereinbarungen und -management
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Patienten
  • Verwaltung von Patientenakten und administrative / organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption
  • Vertretung an den Standorten Osnabrück und Dortmund bei Bedarf

Must-haves

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der medizinischen Verwaltung oder Rezeption ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
  • Kenntnisse in den Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
