Voor onze kliniek in Brugge zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die op oproepbasis beschikbaar is. Je zal invallen wanneer het nodig is en bent zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar. Als Clinic Assistant bij Faceland ben jij hét visitekaartje van de kliniek. Jij zorgt voor een warm welkom en een soepele start van de dag, zowel voor klanten als collega's. Je ondersteunt de artsen met administratieve taken, beheert de agenda's en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij regelt het bel- en mailverkeer, plaatst bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat de kliniek er altijd tiptop uitziet. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde, waardoor de functie afwisselend en veelzijdig is!

Must-haves

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Middelbaar onderwijs;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en bent bereid om in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen te werken en in te vallen bij verlof of ziekte;
  • Een representatief en verzorgd uiterlijk is belangrijk;
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B.
