Als HR Medewerker ben jij de spil in alles wat met payroll en personeelsadministratie te maken heeft, verspreid over vijf landen: Nederland, België, Duitsland, Zwitserland en Italië. Je bent als HR Medewerker de schakel tussen ons HR Operations team, externe payrollproviders en de rest van de organisatie, en met jouw scherpe oog voor detail en kennis van arbeidswetgeving en fiscale regelgeving help je Faceland verder te groeien, met de zekerheid dat alles klopt.

What you'll do

  • Je bent als HR Medewerker eigenaar van en houdt toezicht op alle administratieve HR processen, over onze vijf landen heen.
  • Je draagt de eind-tot-eind verantwoordelijkheid voor de coördinatie en accuratesse van de payroll.
  • Je zorgt voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van contracten, mutaties en personeelsdossiers.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van arbeidswetgeving, fiscale regelgeving en interne beleidslijnen in Nederland, België, Duitsland, Zwitserland en Italië.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor payrollproviders en externe partners.
  • Je verbetert continu de operationele processen, systemen en datakwaliteit.
  • Je voorziet het management van betrouwbare rapportages over P&C Operations.

  • Een goed salaris tussen de €41.800,- en €54.300,- bruto per jaar (incl. 8% vakantiegeld en op basis van een 40-urige werkweek).

  • Een netto reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer.

Must-haves

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, of aantoonbaar werk- en denkniveau op hbo-niveau.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in HR-administratie en payroll, met hands-on ervaring in het uitvoeren van payrollprocessen en de samenwerking met externe payrollproviders.
  • Kennis van arbeidswetgeving en payrollwetgeving, bij voorkeur in meerdere van onze vijf landen: Nederland, België, Duitsland, Zwitserland en Italië.
  • Een sterke operationele en procesgerichte mindset.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en een hoge mate van accuratesse.
  • Sterk in plannen en prioriteren, met een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Vaardigheid in stakeholdermanagement en overtuigende communicatie binnen verschillende teams en landen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Duits is een pré.
  • Proactief en ondernemend, met energie voor een omgeving die continu in beweging is.
