Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Inkoper die een centrale rol speelt in de inkoopprocessen van al onze klinieken in Europa. Je bent als Inkoper verantwoordelijk voor het operationele inkoopproces, het bestellen, bewaken van voorraden en het beoordelen van leveranciers om een betrouwbare, kwalitatieve en kostenefficiënte supply chain te garanderen. Daarbij monitor en verbeter je KPI's zoals voorraadnauwkeurigheid, leverbetrouwbaarheid (on-time delivery), beschikbaarheid van producten en kostenbesparingen.

  • Uitvoeren van het volledige operationele inkoopproces: Van bestellen en leverancierscommunicatie tot onvangstcontrole en het oplossen van afwijkingen, knelpunten of leveringsproblemen.
  • Bewaken van nauwkeurige voorraadniveaus en voorkomen van tekorten of overstock.
  • Analyseren van verbruiksdata en voorspellen van vraag voor tijdige voorraadaanvulling.
  • Evalueren van leveranciers op leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit, prijs en servicelevels.
  • Opstellen van heldere rapportages met inzichten en verbetervoorstellen.
  • Continu optimaliseren van inkoop- en voorraadprocessen om efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing te verbeteren.

  • Een salarisindicatie tussen de €48.100,- en €62.500,- bruto per jaar (incl. vakantiegeld o.b.v. 40 uur) afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • Een dienstverband van 40 uur per week;
  • 30 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • De werkgever draagt 5% bij aan de pensioenvoorziening; dit betekent dat je 5% boven op je brutoloon ontvangt;

  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer voor woon-werk verkeer;
  • Een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s die net zo ambitieus zijn als jij.

Must-haves

  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevant vakgebied, zoals Supply Chain Management, International Business of Commerciële Economie;
  • 3 - 5 jaar ervaring in inkoop of supply chain;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Exact Globe) of voorraadbeheersystemen is een pré.
