Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar sistemas de segurança eletrônica (CFTV, alarmes, controle de acesso) em tempo real, 24/7.
  • Identificar e registrar eventos de segurança, anomalias e falhas operacionais conforme procedimentos padrão.
  • Acionar protocolos de emergência, incluindo contato com forças de segurança pública e equipes de resposta.
  • Gerar relatórios detalhados de ocorrências, utilizando sistemas e softwares específicos de monitoramento.
  • Prestar suporte remoto a clientes, orientando sobre procedimentos de segurança e manuseio de equipamentos.
  • Manter a comunicação constante com equipes de campo e supervisão para coordenação de ações.
  • Realizar testes periódicos nos sistemas de monitoramento para garantir a operacionalidade contínua.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimento em centrais de monitoramento de segurança eletrônica.
  • Conhecimento prático em sistemas CFTV (câmeras IP, analógicas, DVRs, NVRs) e software de videomonitoramento.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de alarme monitorado, painéis de controle e sensores diversos.
  • Habilidade para operar softwares de gestão de eventos e plataformas de comunicação (rádio, telefone, chat).
  • Conhecimento básico em redes de computadores para identificação de problemas de conectividade em equipamentos.
  • Ensino médio completo; cursos técnicos em segurança eletrônica ou áreas correlatas são um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escala (noturno, finais de semana, feriados).
