Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Werkstudent:in für unseren Kundenservice auf Stundenbasis. Arbeite in unserem modernen und inspirierenden Green Campus in Schönkirchen (Kiel). Arbeitszeiten von wochentags zwischen 13-18 Uhr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanliegen über ein Ticketsystem für Abonnements sowie Einzelkäufe
  • Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung zu Produkten, Bestellungen und Lieferungen
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellvorgängen und Annahme von Bestellaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung Reklamations- und Beschwerdemanagement sowie technischen Problemen
  • Betreuung unseres Online-Shops und Online-Plattformen inkl. Apps

Deine Qualifikation

  • Optimalerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung- oder Service
  • sehr gutes schriftliches und mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Kompetenzen
  • Organisationstalent mit einem ruhigen Auftreten, Sicherheit und Kompetenz
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
