Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) für bis zu 20 Wochenstunden für den Bereich IT-Support & Onboarding auf Stundenbasis. Arbeite flexibel in unserem modernen und inspirierenden Green Campus in Schönkirchen (Kiel).

Wir bei falkemedia begeistern Menschen mit hochwertigen Inhalten - dafür brauchen über 150 Kolleg:innen eine IT, die einfach läuft. Ob Mac-Support oder Onboarding: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle und gibst jedem das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechperson im IT-Support, Du hilfst Kolleg:innen bei technischen Fragen
  • Einrichtung von neuen Arbeitsplätzen
  • Unterstützt beim Offboarding – Geräterücknahme, Datenmigration, etc.
  • Pflege unserer Inventarisierung, Du behältst den Überblick über Geräte und Zubehör
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Hard- und Software
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team, Du lernst, wie IT in einem Medienhaus funktioniert

Deine Qualifikation

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Medieninformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Gutes Verständnis für macOS – idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Apple-Administration
  • Interesse an IT-Infrastruktur: Netzwerk, Server, Cloud-Dienste
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau) sind für diese Rolle zwingend erforderlich

  • Hands-on-Mentalität: anpacken, lösen, weitermachen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst technische Themen so erklären, dass auch Nicht-Techniker:innen sie verstehen

  • Zugang zu professionellen Tools und einem eingespielten IT-Team
  • Klare Aufgaben, kurze Wege und echte Verantwortung ab dem ersten Tag
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten und eine Perspektive auf Weiterentwicklung bei guter Zusammenarbeit
