  • Partner cross-functionally with the Business Development team as the dedicated finance lead, aligning financial analysis with deal strategy across eCommerce, Wholesale, and Venue priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the CFO organization to prepare high-quality review packages, deal summaries, and ad-hoc strategic analyses that inform executive decisions.
  • Contribute to a team culture of analytical excellence, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving across the Leagues & Commercial Partnerships Finance function.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Translate proposed deal terms for sports renewals into clear financial impact assessments that directly support negotiation strategy and partner relationship outcomes.
  • Track partner performance against contractual commitments, ensuring the business retains value from existing licensing relationships while identifying new opportunities.
  • Benchmark deal terms across leagues and partners and monitor post-signing performance against assumptions, keeping the business honest to the economics that underpin fan-facing agreements.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into partner performance and deal economics across the portfolio.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Build sophisticated financial models for new deals and renewals, including royalty and minimum guarantee scenarios, sensitivities, and return analyses that surface the right strategic options.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data processing, reporting, and analysis workflows, finding smarter and faster ways to generate insight.
  • Develop analytical tools and self-service reporting capabilities that reduce manual effort and elevate the quality of business intelligence available to partners and leadership.

  • Fully own the licensing and sub-licensing P&L end to end, including monthly results, variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year, and leadership commentary.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile partner sales and royalty submissions with precision, identifying discrepancies, trends, and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Forecast future partner sales and royalty revenue and own the operating plan for costs including headcount and T&E, managing the full planning cycle with accountability.
  • Track the active deal pipeline and prepare concise, executive-ready deal summaries that keep leadership informed and approval processes moving efficiently.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
