ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you'll connect with English- and Spanish-speaking customers, identify their insurance needs, and help them find coverage that fits their individual circumstances.

You'll work with agency-provided leads, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships while working toward sales goals.

For individuals interested in long-term career development, this position also offers opportunities to gain insight into agency operations, leadership, and potential future business ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, outbound calls, and consistent follow-up.

- Communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

- Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other available insurance products.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication.

- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer coverage.

- Manage an organized sales pipeline and track customer interactions using agency systems.

- Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuously developing your skills.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially.

- Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and closing sales.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to apply coaching and feedback.

- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.

- Active insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses.
