- Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $34,000 per year, then $38,000 after fully licensed with P&C and L&H licenses. (guaranteed steady income).

What You’ll Do (After Licensing):

- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and text follow-ups to warm leads and local prospects.

- Needs-Based Selling: Review prospects' current coverage, uncover gaps, and present tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Specialty, Business, and Life).

- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term community relationships and secure local referral networks.

- Hit Milestones: Consistently meet monthly activity goals (dials, quotes, closed policies) with the help of our sales tracking system and supportive team leads.

Who You Are:

- Unlicensed or Licensed: Open to P&C or L&H licensed pros, or driven, unlicensed individuals willing to study and pass the exam within 2-3 weeks.

- Resilient and Gritty: You view "no" as a step closer to "yes" and thrive in a high-activity environment.

- Coachable: You love feedback and actively look for ways to sharpen your communication skills.

- An Active Listener: You naturally connect with people, ask great questions, and listen more than you talk.

- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard state insurance licensing background check alongside the Farmers Insurance background check.
