Encargado(a) de Tienda –Santiago Zona Norte /Quilicura / Colina

Importante empresa del retail se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Encargado(a) de Tienda para liderar la operación de uno de sus locales en Santiago Zona Norte /Quilicura / Colina. La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, controlar y dirigir los procesos comerciales y administrativos del punto de venta, así como de liderar al equipo a su cargo.

Principales funciones:

  • Supervisar el correcto desarrollo de las ventas, postventa y atención al cliente, gestionando cambios, devoluciones y reclamos.
  • Velar por la correcta gestión comercial y operativa: exhibición de productos, control de precios, prevención de quiebres de stock y abastecimiento.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, participando en procesos de selección, evaluación de desempeño y capacitación, promoviendo un buen clima laboral.
  • Controlar valores y activos de la tienda, realizando arqueos, cuadraturas de caja y supervisión de la recepción y despacho de mercadería.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos, manteniendo un entorno de trabajo ordenado y conforme a los estándares definidos.
  • Elaborar reportes de ventas, stock y gastos, proponiendo planes de acción orientados al cumplimiento de metas comerciales.

Requisitos:

  • Conocimientos sólidos en ventas y gestión comercial.
  • Manejo de inventarios (control de existencias, sistemas de inventario y rotación de stock).
  • Deseable manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Habilidades para generar y mantener relaciones laborales efectivas.

Condiciones:

  • Jornada bajo Artículo 22 del Código del Trabajo.
