Fashion's Park busca incorporar a su equipo a un/a Jefe/a de Tienda para uno de sus locales ubicado en Cauquenes.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, controlar y dirigir la gestión comercial, administrativa y operacional de la tienda, liderando al equipo bajo su supervisión y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos, procedimientos y estándares definidos por la compañía.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales funciones?

  • Asegurar una adecuada experiencia de compra: Supervisar el correcto desarrollo de las transacciones, procesos de venta, postventa y atención al cliente, gestionando oportunamente cambios, devoluciones y reclamos.
  • Gestionar la operación comercial de la tienda: Monitorear la correcta exhibición de productos, control de precios, disponibilidad de mercadería, prevención de quiebres de stock y adecuado abastecimiento del local.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo: Gestionar y acompañar los procesos asociados al desempeño, capacitación y desarrollo del personal, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo productivo, colaborativo y alineado con los estándares de la compañía.
  • Controlar valores y activos de la tienda: Supervisar arqueos, cuadraturas de caja, recepción y despacho de productos, contribuyendo al adecuado resguardo de los activos y recursos de la organización.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de procedimientos: Implementar y supervisar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y estándares internos, procurando mantener una operación ordenada, segura y eficiente.
  • Analizar y reportar resultados: Realizar seguimiento de indicadores asociados a ventas, stock, gastos y operación de la tienda, elaborando reportes y proponiendo planes de acción orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Experiencia y conocimientos sólidos en gestión comercial y ventas.
  • Experiencia en manejo y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos en control de existencias, inventarios y rotación de productos.
  • Capacidad para analizar indicadores y gestionar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio, idealmente.
  • Habilidades para mantener y fortalecer relaciones laborales efectivas.
  • Orientación al cliente, organización, liderazgo y capacidad para la toma de decisiones.
