Tu misión

Reportando al Gerente de Administración y Finanzas, planificarás, dirigirás y controlarás la gestión financiera de la empresa. Liderarás la reestructuración y automatización de los procesos del área y serás el back up del Gerente cuando se requiera.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar la automatización de procesos financieros, como tesorería, pagos, conciliaciones bancarias, flujo de caja y reportería, para reducir las tareas manuales y los errores operativos.
  • Incorporar herramientas de IA y analítica avanzada en proyecciones de flujo de caja, control de gestión, detección de anomalías y apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
  • Encabezar proyectos de mejora continua y rediseño de procesos junto a TI y a las otras gerencias.
  • Administrar la estrategia y la planificación financiera según el presupuesto anual de las unidades de negocio.
  • Velar por la liquidez y la solvencia de la compañía, y por el cumplimiento del plan de financiamiento y de los ratios de endeudamiento definidos por el directorio.

Buscamos a alguien con

Liderazgo, adaptación al cambio, mirada de innovación, resolución de problemas, planificación y organización, comunicación efectiva, manejo de conflictos y trabajo en equipo.

  • Supervisar tesorería y cash management: pagos de impuestos, remuneraciones y proveedores nacionales y extranjeros.
  • Supervisar las políticas de cobertura de tipo de cambio y la gestión de los portafolios de inversión.
  • Gestionar la relación con bancos, clasificadoras de riesgo, auditores y consultoras.
  • Desarrollar planes para mitigar riesgos financieros y operacionales.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial, Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 6 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos de automatización de procesos (RPA, integraciones con ERP, flujos automatizados) en áreas de finanzas o administración.
  • Conocimiento o uso práctico de herramientas de IA aplicadas a finanzas (IA generativa, modelos de proyección, automatización inteligente).
  • Dominio de planificación financiera, tesorería, estados financieros, materias tributarias y control de gestión.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de riesgos y de la normativa financiera vigente.
  • Deseable: manejo de Power BI u otras herramientas de BI, y experiencia en retail.
