Tu misión

Reportando al Gerente de Negocio Financiero, definirás las políticas de riesgo y gestionarás todo el ciclo del crédito, desde la captación y evaluación de clientes hasta la cobranza. Entregarás análisis clave para las decisiones estratégicas del negocio.

¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar y actualizar las políticas de crédito y la evaluación centralizada, según los niveles de riesgo que defina el negocio.
  • Construir, calibrar y mantener el modelo de provisiones de incobrables según la normativa vigente.
  • Desarrollar modelos predictivos y hacerles seguimiento para apoyar las decisiones del negocio financiero.
  • Definir la estrategia y las políticas de cobranza, incluidos los canales digitales (mensajería, IVR), y velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa de cobranza.
  • Gestionar y supervisar a las empresas de cobranza externas y sus políticas de honorarios.
  • Controlar el riesgo por punto de venta y ajustar las políticas a las condiciones del mercado.
  • Generar reportes de cartera y de gestión para la alta dirección.
  • Controlar los gastos operativos del área y mejorar los procesos de forma continua.
  • Trabajar con Operaciones y proveedores tecnológicos en proyectos de motores de riesgo y cobranza.

Liderazgo, buena toma de decisiones, análisis crítico, orientación a resultados y al cliente, comunicación efectiva, ética profesional y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Estadística, Matemática o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de riesgo de crédito o cobranza, de preferencia en retail financiero o banca.
  • Experiencia como Subgerente de Riesgo, Subgerente de Cobranza, Jefe de Crédito y Cobranza o cargo similar.
  • Conocimiento de motores de evaluación y de cobranza.
  • Experiencia en modelos predictivos y en modelos de provisiones.
  • Office avanzado y Power BI (nivel básico o superior).
