Vi är Balder. Vi vill ju påstå att vi inte är som alla andra fastighetsbolag. Att vi vågar utmana branschens gamla sanningar. Att man visst kan ha en bredd av bostäder, kommersiellt och hotell och såväl bygga nytt som att utveckla det vi redan har. Eftersom vi äger fastigheterna slipper du jaga timmar och tänka på fakturering, i stället kan du fokusera på driften och att fastigheterna är i toppskick.

Nu söker vi en drifttekniker till Stockholm!

Din roll Som drifttekniker ansvarar du för den dagliga driften av våra kommersiella fastigheter i Stockholm norr. Du arbetar både självständigt och i team med förebyggande och felavhjälpande underhåll, optimering av tekniska system och energieffektivisering.

Arbetet innebär bland annat:

  • Drift, felsökning och optimering av värme, kyla, ventilation och styrsystem.
  • Byten av ställdon, styrventiler, givare, pumpar och andra tekniska komponenter.
  • Energiuppföljning och förslag på förbättringsåtgärder.
  • Kontakt med hyresgäster, entreprenörer och kollegor i driftteamet.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har flera års erfarenhet av teknisk fastighetsdrift, gärna inom kommersiella fastigheter.
  • Har god kunskap om VVS- och ventilationssystem, och förstår hur systemen hänger ihop.
  • Är lösningsorienterad, analytisk och har ett öga för energieffektivisering.
  • Är social och trivs i mötet med hyresgäster, entreprenörer och kollegor.
  • Har erfarenhet eller intresse för styr- och reglerteknik (starkt meriterande).
  • Har B-körkort (krav).

Meriterande är även erfarenhet inom el och kyla samt språkkunskaper utöver svenska.
