Vi vill ju påstå att vi inte är som alla andra fastighetsbolag. Vi vågar utmana branschens gamla sanningar. För oss är det självklart att arbeta med bostäder, kommersiella fastigheter och hotell – och att både bygga nytt och utveckla det vi redan har.

Om rollen

Vad handlar fastighetsförvaltning om egentligen? På det stora hela två saker. Människor och hus. I den ordningen. Därför letar vi efter en kollega som är nyfiken på fastighetsbranschen och vill bidra till vår förvaltning.

Hos oss är affärsmässighet en viktig del av vardagen. Det innebär att du ser möjligheter, förstår hur ditt arbete påverkar ekonomin och tar ansvar för att hitta lösningar som är bra för både Balder och våra hyresgäster.

Som förvaltningsassistent arbetar du nära kollegorna inom affärsområdet, med uthyrning som en viktig del av din vardag. Du bidrar till framgångsrika uthyrningar och minskade vakanser. Du medverkar även vid besiktningar och arbetar med fakturahantering, reskontra, inkasso och övrig administration. Rollen passar dig som är strukturerad och trivs med att kombinera service med administrativa uppgifter.

En stor del av jobbet handlar om kommunikation och att bygga långsiktiga relationer med hyresgäster, entreprenörer och kollegor. Därför behöver du vara nyfiken på människor, trivas med många kontaktytor och ha ett professionellt bemötande. Har du dessutom grundläggande kunskap om hur byggnader är uppbyggda och fungerar så prickar du nästan hela checklistan.
