我们希望你： -熟悉海外社交媒体平台，如 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube、X 等，有自媒体运营、内容创作或海外平台使用经验者优先 -英语能力良好，同时具备其他外语能力者优先 -执行力强，沟通积极，逻辑清晰，能够主动推进从 0 到 1 的工作任务 -对 AI 工具类产品感兴趣，有一定使用体验和理解能力 -对用户需求、网络内容传播 和 产品增长 有基础洞察，愿意持续学习和复盘 -2028 届及以后毕业优先，每周可到岗 4–5 天，实习周期 6 个月及以上者优先。
