我们需要你负责 - 参与小宇宙推荐、搜索系统的研发和算法优化工作 - 包括召回算法、多目标排序模型的训练；特征设计和开发、排序策略开发 - 结合业务场景，分析回收数据，探索算法在业务上优化方向

  • 计算机相关专业毕业，3年推荐/搜索/机器学习等相关经验
  • 了解推荐系统或搜索系统的基本原理和实现
  • 有数据处理经验，掌握常用的数据工具Spark/Flink
  • 熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如 Python/Java/Go 等
  • 良好的学习能力和沟通能力，具备团队合作精神
