1.深度参与小宇宙在抖音、小红书、b站等平台的投放工作，对用户增长效果负责； 2.高效且精准地把控投放全链路：筛选博主-洽谈合作报价-沟通审稿-发布后数据追踪； 3.主动调整投放内容方向及策略，跟随团队以及产品需求不断探索投放利益点； 4.定期复盘推广数据，优化个人工作流。

1.了解各大平台生态，具备网感与内容能力； 2.熟悉小宇宙的产品特点和内容调性，播客爱好者优先； 3.沟通和理解能力强，有文案撰写能力加分； 4.2027届及以后毕业，能稳定线下实习3个月及以上，每周到岗四天及以上，全职实习优先，有转正的机会。

加分项： 有社交媒体账号运营经验者优先（个人账号、官方账号均可，如有请在简历中附上账号信息）；
