  • 参与日常运营相关数据分析等工作，结合数据定位和分析问题并产出结论
  • 筛选站内优质播客节目，完善平台榜单，助力播客节目在平台成长
  • 逻辑清晰，善于沟通，面对群体沟通有方法有技巧，执行力强，有较强的结果导向意识和时间管理能力
