我们需要你负责 - 小宇宙 App 端用户增长，对小宇宙用户留存和新增负责 - 以用户增长目标为导向，基于数据分析与用户研究，识别的用户活跃问题和机会，结合产品体验，制定增长策略并完成用户产品设计，提升产品用户规模及留存 - 协同数据分析、研发、设计等团队落地产品方案，基于数据评估导流效果与收益，持续迭代用户漏斗与指标 - 与投放团队协作，建立用户新增数据观测体系与工具，支持投放团队优化 ROI - 持续关注行业在互动玩法、用户增长方面的主流实践，沉淀适合小宇宙的增长方法论与产品策略，形成可复用的增长体系

  • 具备 3 年以上内容平台产品用户增长和留存优化相关产品经验，擅长基于用户特征和需求制定策略
  • 数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析与业务拆解能力，能够通过数据发现问题并制定可落地的增长策略
  • 目标导向，具备良好的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，对业务有独立思考与判断
  • 有批判思考能力，对用户洞察
  • 对用户增长、新玩法探索保持热情，能够在不确定性中持续推进业务突破
