- 创作者的签约与打造 筛选符合平台战略的签约对象，建立签约评估标准 负责签约创作者的站内数据跟进与合作效果评估 落地独家创作者的品牌包装方案

- 探索创作者IP的多元化价值开发 关注行业趋势与竞品动态，持续提出创作者服务的新方向

  • 3年以上创作者运营、商务BD，有付费内容/商业化经验者优先
  • 播客重度听众或做过播客，理解内容和创作者
  • 具备商业敏感度和商务沟通能力，能在创作者与平台之间做有效翻译
