The posting

Als preventieadviseur sta je in voor het mee opzetten en uitdragen van het preventiebeleid binnen onze groothandel met als doel de veiligheid en het welzijn van de werknemers te waarborgen.

  • Je stelt op projectmatige basis veiligheidsprocedures- en richtlijnen op en implementeert ze.
  • Je identificeert mogelijke gevaren op de werkvloer. Om dit in kaart te brengen, stel je risicoanalyses op en formuleer je gepaste preventiemaatregelen.
  • Je bent vaak op de vloer aanwezig om zo de leidinggevenden en hun medewerkers te sensibiliseren, te motiveren en te coachen naar optimaal veilig gedrag en vertoont hierbij voorbeeldgedrag.
  • Je volgt de recente wetgeving op rond veiligheidsprocedures, - voorschriften en – wetgeving zodat je adviezen kan geven aan directie en het CPBW.
  • Je bent inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt inzake preventie voor een aantal van onze vestigingen waaronder onze Franstalige BU in Frameries.
  • Tenslotte hou je van uitdagingen en durf je met een analytisch en kritische geest complexe problemen aan te pakken.

  • Je genoot een hogere opleiding en behaalde het aanvullend diploma preventieadviseur arbeidsveiligheid niveau II.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je bent diplomatisch en je beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden met overtuigingskracht.
  • Je denkt en werkt project- en planmatig en beschikt over oplossingsgerichte skills.
  • Je beheerst vlot de Franse taal, zowel geschreven als mondeling.
  • Je bent flexibel en bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar de aan jou toegewezen business units maar ook sporadisch naar de andere. Daarnaast is er een wekelijkse teammeeting in Sint-Niklaas.
