岗位职责： 1、了解客户的项目管理需求，提供针对性和专业性的飞书项目线解决方案。 2、飞书项目的实施上线，为客户进行飞书项目管理工具的培训和指导，帮助客户熟练使用工具。 3、协助客户制定项目计划、任务分配和进度跟踪，确保项目按计划顺利进行。 4、帮助客户解决在使用飞书项目管理工具中遇到的问题和困难。 5、与客户沟通项目进展情况，提供定期的报告和分析。 6、参与项目管理流程的优化和改进，提供专业的意见和建议。 7、收集和整理客户反馈，向飞书团队提供改进和优化的建议，持续提升系统的功能和用户体验。 8、跟踪和了解行业内的项目管理最佳实践，为客户提供最新的信息和建议。

1、本科及以上学历，项目管理、计算机相关专业优先。 2、具有一定的项目管理软件产品实施经验，熟悉项目管理流程和方法。 3、熟悉飞书项目管理工具，了解其功能和特点。 4、具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与客户建立良好的合作关系。 5、有较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能。 6、具备团队合作精神，能够积极配合团队成员完成工作任务。 7、能够承受一定工作压力，具备良好的问题解决能力和应变能力。

加分项： Teambition/ONES/TAPD/禅道等项目管理软件相关经验。
