Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sichtest als Praktikant (m/w/d) eingehende Bewerbungen, führst erste Vorqualifizierungen durch und unterstützt aktiv im Recruiting-Prozess
  • Die Koordination von Interviewterminen mit Kandidat:innen und Fachbereichen liegt in deiner Verantwortung
  • In der Bewerberkommunikation übernimmst du Einladungen, Absagen sowie Follow-ups und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience
  • Beim Onboarding unterstützt du durch Welcome-Mails, Organisation von Startterminen und die Begrüßung vor Ort
  • Du hilfst bei Offboarding-Prozessen mit, z. B. durch die Pflege von Checklisten und administrativer Vorbereitung
  • Mitarbeiterdaten hältst du in unserer HR-Software aktuell und unterstützt bei internen Umfragen und People-Themen
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du an HR-Projekten mit (z. B. neue Prozesse, Templates oder Active Sourcing) – abhängig von Bedarf, Projektphase und deinen persönlichen Interessen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, HR oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Recruiting, HR-Prozessen und moderner Personalarbeit, idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und wirklich mitzudenken
