Als Senior Projektentwickler (m/w/d) – Agri-PV bringst du umfassende Erfahrung in der Projektierung von Agri-PV Projekten mit und weißt, wie erfolgreiche Projekte entstehen. Du kennst die relevanten Stakeholder, erkennst Projektpotenziale frühzeitig und begleitest Vorhaben von der ersten Idee bis zur vertraglichen Sicherung. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Entwicklung neuer Agri-PV Projekte und arbeitest eng mit Grundstückseigentümern, Kommunen, Partnern sowie internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und entwickelst neue Standorte für Agri-PV-Projekte.
  • Den gesamten Projektentwicklungsprozess begleitest du – von der ersten Flächenanalyse über die Projektanbahnung bis zur vertraglichen Sicherung.
  • Du baust belastbare Beziehungen zu Grundstückseigentümern, Landwirten, Kommunen und weiteren Projektpartnern auf und entwickelst diese langfristig weiter.
  • Komplexe Stakeholder-Strukturen koordinierst du souverän und führst unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammen.
  • Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen und schaffst die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Teams aus Projektentwicklung, Technik und Management bringst du Projekte effizient voran.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen analysierst du und leitest daraus neue Projektpotenziale ab.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung bzw. Projektierung von PV- oder Agri-PV-Projekten und/oder im Außendienst, Flächenakquise oder Projektvertrieb.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der gesamten Projektentwicklungsprozesse im PV-Umfeld – von der Flächensicherung bis zur Projektübergabe.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Grundstückseigentümern, Landwirten, Kommunen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit sowie Erfahrung bei der Flächensicherung und Vertragsgestaltung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausbildung oder Studium sind zweitrangig – entscheidend sind deine Erfahrung.
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse.

Gehaltlich bieten wir 55.000 – 65.000€ Jahresgehalt (je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation) zzgl. Provision und Firmenwagen. Dein Einsatzgebiet befindet sich in Süddeutschland (Bayern und Teile Baden-Württembergs).
