Als Strategischer Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) für Skalierung sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Supply Chain nicht nur funktioniert, sondern mit uns wächst. Du denkst Prozesse ganzheitlich, baust belastbare Strukturen auf und schaffst die Grundlage für effiziente, planbare Projektumsetzungen. So stellst du sicher, dass wir unsere Agri-PV-Projekte skalieren können, ohne an Qualität oder Geschwindigkeit zu verlieren – und treibst die Energiewende bei feld.energy aktiv mit voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Supply Chain Strategie liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Skalierbare Prozesse entlang der gesamten Lieferkette baust du auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Kostenstrukturen analysierst du und leitest konkrete Optimierungspotenziale ab.
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lieferantenbeziehungen übernimmst du eigenständig.
  • Struktur in Forecasting, Planung und Kapazitätsmanagement bringst du konsequent rein.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Einkauf und Projektteams ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Best Practices aus Industrie und Logistik integrierst du gezielt in unser Setup.

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich BWL, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar.
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung aus Industrie (z. B. Automotive), Logistik oder Produktion.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der nachhaltigen Optimierung von Prozessen.
  • Ganzheitliche und systemische Denkweise zur Erfassung komplexer Zusammenhänge.
  • Analytisch stark und gleichzeitig pragmatische Umsetzung.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift.
