Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Migrations-Workstream innerhalb unseres ERP-Transformationsprogramms – von Governance und Planung bis zur Roadmap je Projektphase
  • Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT sowie Test- und Integrationsteams steuerst und koordinierst du alle migrationsrelevanten Aktivitäten und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du entwickelst Migrationskonzepte und stimmst diese ab – inklusive Scope-Definition, Datenmapping sowie Cutover-Strategien.
  • Dabei stellst du ein professionelles Data Profiling, die Datenbereinigung sowie eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Migrationstests (Unit-, Integrations- und UAT-Unterstützung) und begleitest Cutover- sowie Go-live-Aktivitäten bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Risiken, Issues und Entscheidungen im Migrationsumfeld behältst du jederzeit im Blick und leitest geeignete Massnahmen ein.
  • Zudem etablierst du ein transparentes Reporting zu Status, Fortschritt, Datenqualität und Readiness der Migrationen.
  • Relevante Migrations-KPIs definierst du eigenständig und überwachst deren Entwicklung kontinuierlich.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Projektteams stellst du sicher, dass Migrationsanforderungen, Cutover-Pläne und Go-live-Abnahmen programmweit konsistent umgesetzt werden.

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Management, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ERP-Transformationen und/oder Datenmigrationen – idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld – bringst du bereits mit.
  • Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Datenmodellen sowie von Stamm- und Transaktionsdaten und kennst gängige Migrationsmethoden wie Data Profiling, Cleansing, Mapping und Cutover aus der Praxis.
  • Zudem konntest du bereits Migrationen inklusive Migrationstests sowie Go-live- und Cutover-Aktivitäten erfolgreich planen und steuern.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und qualitätsbewusst. Auch in komplexen Programmen behältst du mehrere Themen und Projekte gleichzeitig im Überblick.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
