Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche und personelle Leitung eines sechsköpfigen SAP Competence Centers mit Fokus auf Teamentwicklung, klare Verantwortlichkeiten und effiziente Zusammenarbeit.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der IT-Ausrichtung als Mitglied des IT-Leitungsteams sowie strategische Beratung der Fachbereiche zur nutzenorientierten Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Lösungen.
  • Gesamtverantwortung für SAP-Services, Projekte, Changes und externe Dienstleister – inklusive Qualitätssicherung, Kostenkontrolle, Risikomanagement und nachhaltigem Wissenstransfer.
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP Operating Models, der SAP-Strategie und der Transformationsroadmap mit eigenständigen Ideen und konkreten Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
  • Strategische Gestaltung der SAP-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf S/4HANA, zukunftsfähiger Architektur, durchgängiger Integration und einheitlichen Standards.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder höher in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz mit Fokus auf Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Veränderungsmanagement und gemeinsamer Zielerreichung.
  • Praxis in der Steuerung von SAP-Services, Projektportfolios, Changes und Delivery-Prozessen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, Systemarchitektur, Schnittstellenintegration und nachhaltiger SAP-Gestaltung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken. Kompetenz in Priorisierung, Stakeholder-Management und Ausgleich unterschiedlicher Interessen.
