Mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz unterstützt das Unternehmen als zertifizierter SAP Gold Partner Kunden aus den Branchen Chemie, Fertigung, Pharma, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitswesen, öffentlicher Sektor und Handel. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf SAP S/4HANA, Cloud-Lösungen, der SAP BTP sowie Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Beratung auf Top-Management-Ebene rund um SAP-Strategien, Roadmaps sowie komplexe S/4HANA- und Cloud-Transformationen
  • Entwicklung überzeugender Transformationsagenden mit klarer Argumentation und hochwertigen Executive-Deliverables
  • Verantwortung als SCM-Lead mit Fokus auf die Übersetzung moderner SAP-SCM-Lösungen in messbaren Business-Impact und klare Abgrenzung zu klassischen Ansätzen
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher SAP-Strategien inklusive Zielbild, Roadmap und Value Case
  • Inhaltliche Führung im Bid Management mit Entwicklung prägnanter Storylines und Koordination relevanter Stakeholder
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im Business Development und Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Souveräner und wirkungsvoller Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung von Analyse, Strategie und Umsetzung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Templates sowie Entwicklung skalierbarer Methoden und Frameworks

Dein Profil:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der strategischen SAP-ERP-Beratung mit breitem und aktuellem Lösungswissen, insbesondere im Bereich Cloud ERP und Private Cloud
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse moderner SAP-SCM-Lösungen, insbesondere in Planung, Logistik und Netzwerkstrukturen, sowie klare Differenzierung zu klassischen Systemen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Business Development im SCM-Umfeld, beispielsweise durch erfolgreiche Angebotsstrategien und gewonnene Projekte
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Chancen, Risiken und Auswirkungen verschiedener Betriebsmodelle im SAP-Umfeld, sowohl On-Premise als auch Cloud
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP-Lizenzmodellen und deren strategischer Nutzung
  • Selbstständige, kreative Arbeitsweise mit pragmatischem Fokus auf wirkungsvolle Ergebnisse und Offenheit für neue Ansätze
  • Stark ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz mit exzellentem Zuhörvermögen und der Fähigkeit, Transformationen vertrauensvoll zu begleiten
