Unser Kunde ist ein Schweizer SAP-Beratungsunternehmen mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden und Standorten in Zürich und Bern. Das Unternehmen unterstützt insbesondere KMU bei der digitalen Transformation mit SAP Cloud ERP-Lösungen. Die Kunden stammen aus Branchen wie Manufacturing, Dienstleistung, Handel, Energieversorgung, Public Services und Life Science.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Zentrale Kontaktperson im SAP Applikationssupport mit Schwerpunkt auf Entwicklungsthemen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes über ein Ticketing-System
  • Technische Fehleranalyse und Debugging in ABAP-Programmen, Erweiterungen, Formularen und Schnittstellen
  • Umsetzung von Fehlerbehebungen, Anpassungen und supportnahen Weiterentwicklungen
  • Mitarbeit im laufenden Betrieb sowie bei der Analyse von Erweiterungen und Integrationen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Enge fachliche Abstimmung mit funktionalen Beratern zur Ursachenanalyse und Lösungsfindung
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten und qualitativ hochwertigen SAP-Betriebs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Nachstellung, Untersuchung und nachhaltige Behebung von Fehlerbildern auf Kundensystemen
  • Saubere Dokumentation von Lösungen, technischen Anpassungen und Workarounds

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare IT-orientierte Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SAP Entwicklung mit ABAP und ABAP Objects, idealerweise im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA oder S/4HANA Cloud
  • Erfahrung mit Formulartechnologien wie SmartForms, SAPscript oder Adobe Forms
  • Kenntnisse in der Anbindung und Nutzung von Schnittstellen, z. B. IDoc, OData, RFC oder Webservices
  • Vertrautheit mit der SAP Business Technology Platform, insbesondere in den Bereichen Erweiterungen, Integration und Cloud Services, von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im SAP Applikationssupport sowie im strukturierten Arbeiten mit Ticketing-Systemen
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und kundennahe Denkweise
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Belastbarkeit und Freude an operativen Supportaufgaben
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
