Als zertifizierter SAP Gold Partner bietet das Unternehmen umfassende Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Product Lifecycle Management sowie SAP-basierten Finanz- und Logistikprozessen. Kunden aus öffentlicher Verwaltung, Gesundheitswesen, Versicherungen, Versorgungswirtschaft und Industrie.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Konzeption, Architektur und Implementierung moderner Datenplattformen und Analytics-Lösungen im SAP-Umfeld
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer AI- und BI-Frontend-Lösungen, u. a. mit SAP Analytics Cloud (inkl. Planning) SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Fiori Analytical Apps SAP Joule (Konfiguration und Integration)
  • Design und Realisierung performanter Datenarchitekturen auf Basis von SAP BW, DataSphere und BTP
  • Integration und Anbindung von SAP-Datenplattformen an S/4HANA und ECC
  • Einbindung moderner Alliance-Technologien wie Databricks oder Snowflake
  • Datenbeschaffung, -modellierung und Harmonisierung aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen
  • Entwicklung technischer Lösungen mittels ABAP, SQL, SAC Scripting, Python, Java oder HTML
  • Eigenständige Übernahme von Arbeitspaketen in Kunden- und internen Projekten im Bereich Data Intelligence, BI & Analytics
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und fachlichen Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung in Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten und Angebotspräsentationen
  • Requirements Engineering mit Fokus auf Data Intelligence und Analytics
  • Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten mit Einsatz vor Ort innerhalb der Schweiz

Dein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematik, Physik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP Data-Intelligence- und/oder AI-Lösungen (inkl. Non-SAP)
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, Datenintegration und Architekturdesign
  • Praxiserfahrung mit SAP-Datenplattformen wie BW, DataSphere und BTP
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP Analytics Cloud (inkl. Planning) und SAP Business Data Cloud
  • Erfahrung mit weiteren Analytics-Frontends wie Power BI oder Tableau von Vorteil
  • Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in ABAP, SQL, SAC Scripting oder Python
  • Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Logistik, HCM/HR, SuccessFactors, IS-U, IS-H) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien und Large Language Models sowie SAP Joule von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit funktionalen und technischen Konzepten
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis in mindestens einem Bereich (z. B. Finanzen, Logistik, HR)
  • Branchenkenntnisse in mindestens einer Industrie (z. B. Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in Sales- oder Pre-Sales-Kontexten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Kreativität gepaart mit analytischer und konzeptioneller Stärke
