Mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz unterstützt das Unternehmen als zertifizierter SAP Gold Partner Kunden aus den Branchen Chemie, Fertigung, Pharma, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitswesen, öffentlicher Sektor und Handel. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf SAP S/4HANA, Cloud-Lösungen, der SAP BTP sowie Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Reporting-Anforderungen sowie Modellierung moderner Business Analytics Lösungen und Gestaltung des BI-Architekturdesigns
  • Verantwortung für die Leitung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten, abhängig von der Erfahrung
  • Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Bedürfnisse, Definition der Prozesse und Reports sowie Design und Konzeption der DWH-Modelle
  • Ansprechperson für Kunden mit Verantwortung für das Coaching der Kundenprojektleiter und Schulung der Endbenutzer
  • Unterstützung im Presales-Support und Beteiligung an der Implementierung von BI-Gesamtlösungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Planung und Konzeption
  • Möglichkeit, Führungs- und Coachingaufgaben im Projekt und Team zu übernehmen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im BWL-Bereich und/oder höhere Informatikausbildung (FH, Uni, ETH)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP BI-/BW-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Analytics Cloud, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen mit Non-SAP Data-Warehouse-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Organisation von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich Planung (z.B. BW-IP, BPC, SAC) von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HANA, ABAP, SQL sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP UI5, Python, R und statistischer Modellierung
  • Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Google Cloud Technologien (z.B. BigQuery, Looker, Cortex) wünschenswert
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
