Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungsentwicklung: Aufnahme und Konkretisierung fachlicher Bedürfnisse sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung datenbasierter Anwendungen und Analyseprodukte im SAP-Umfeld.
  • SAP Analytics und Reporting: Konzeption und Realisierung interaktiver Dashboards, Berichte und Planungslösungen mit SAP Analytics Cloud sowie Integration ergänzender Reportingtechnologien.
  • Datenmodellierung und Analyse: Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung, Strukturierung und Nutzung von Unternehmensdaten aus SAP-Systemen, insbesondere im Kontext von SAP Business Warehouse und modernen Datenplattformen.
  • Projektkoordination: Planung und Steuerung von Umsetzungsvorhaben innerhalb agiler Projektstrukturen, inklusive Terminplanung, Meilensteinverfolgung und Sicherstellung vereinbarter Ergebnisse.
  • Fachliche Beratung: Unterstützung internationaler Stakeholder bei der Auswahl geeigneter SAP-Technologien, der Optimierung analytischer Prozesse und der Umsetzung individueller Reportinganforderungen.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Abstimmung fachlicher Erwartungen, Begleitung der Lösungsumsetzung und Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Kommunikation zwischen Business und IT.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Warehouse, Datenanalyse oder Business Intelligence.
  • Kenntnisse in der Konzeption von Reporting-, Dashboard- und Planungslösungen sowie Verständnis für Datenmodelle und analytische Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Erfahrung in der Aufnahme fachlicher Anforderungen, der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und der strukturierten Umsetzung von Projekten.
  • Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Interesse an technologischen Weiterentwicklungen und kontinuierlicher fachlicher Weiterbildung sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
