Branche: Versicherung Mitarbeiter: ca. 50'000 Referenznummer: 3W8X4WRW  Kurz und prägnant: SAP SF, SAP SF EC, SAP HCM, PY, PA, OM, HR IT Projekte, in Zürich/Home-Office.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der SAP-HCM-Landschaft in zwei Systemen sowie Überwachung der Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Anwendungen.
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen sowie Entwicklung praxistauglicher Lösungen für HR- und Payroll-Prozesse.
  • Mitarbeit an HR-IT-Projekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Systemprozesse.
  • Begleitung des gesamten Änderungsprozesses von der fachlichen Konzeption über Customizing und technische Umsetzung bis zum produktiven Einsatz.
  • Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen und Programmänderungen mit internen Stakeholdern und der Entwicklungsabteilung.
  • Koordination von Systemaktualisierungen, Upgrades und Support Packages zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Systemperformance.
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft und schrittweiser Ausbau der Expertise im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung und Administration von SAP HCM, vorzugsweise mit Kenntnissen in Payroll (PY), Personaladministration (PA) und Organisationsmanagement (OM).
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von SAP-HCM-Standardprozessen und Customizing, insbesondere im Bereich der Schweizer Lohnabrechnung.
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Abrechnungsschemen, Zyklen und Rechenregeln.
  • Kenntnisse in ABAP, SQL oder HR-Reporting als zusätzlicher Vorteil.
  • Interesse an cloudbasierten HR-Lösungen und modernen HR-Technologien; erste Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
