Kurz und prägnant: Support Lohnverarbeitung, technische Weiterentwicklung SAP HCM Payroll, Customizing, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, in Bern/Home-Office.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Mitverantwortung für die reibungslose Lohnverarbeitung
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der technischen Lohnläufe inklusive Datenaufbereitung, Abrechnung, FICO-Verbuchung und Versand der Entgeltbelege
  • Technische Weiterentwicklung des SAP HCM Payroll sowie aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in Fachthemen wie Lohnausweis, Lohnarten oder Familienzulagen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Fragestellungen rund um Payroll
  • Übernahme des 3rd-Level-Supports im laufenden SAP HCM Payroll Betrieb
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen durch gezieltes Customizing, Support und funktionale Optimierungen
  • Konzeption und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung passgenauer Lösungen für interne Stakeholder

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll und/oder Sozialversicherungen
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung als Payroll-Spezialist:in bzw. im SAP HCM Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Payroll
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Präzise, qualitätsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Lösungsorientierung und Belastbarkeit – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Vernetztes Denken und die Fähigkeit, IT und HR-Fachbereich wirkungsvoll miteinander zu verbinden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
