Unser Kunde ist ein global agierendes IT-Beratungsunternehmen mit Standorten in Bern und Zürich. Mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz unterstützt das Unternehmen als zertifizierter SAP Gold Partner Kunden aus den Branchen Chemie, Fertigung, Pharma, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitswesen, öffentlicher Sektor und Handel. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf SAP S/4HANA, Cloud-Lösungen, der SAP BTP sowie Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von SAP HXM-Beratungsprojekten in den Bereichen HCM Core und SuccessFactors
  • Analyse, Design und technische Umsetzung effizienter HR-Prozesse im SAP HCM/HXM-Umfeld
  • Übernahme von Projekt- und Applikationsverantwortung durch fundierte Expertise in SAP HCM kombiniert mit SuccessFactors-Know-how
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden und Interessenten
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Berater*in im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Organisation von (Teil-)Projekten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken, hohe Kundenorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien und Engagement für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung im HR-IT-Bereich
