Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Gestalte aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Consulting-Bereichs MM/PP mit und bringe deine eigenen Ideen für Strukturen, Standards und Tools ein.
  • Formuliere Anforderungen klar und trage dazu bei, dass die Abteilung ihre Ziele effizient erreicht.
  • Analysiere bestehende SAP-Landschaften, passe komplexe organisatorische Lösungen an sich ändernde Geschäftsanforderungen an und setze nachhaltige Optimierungen um.
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für die SAP-Module PP und IBP, inklusive Releasemanagement.
  • Entwerfe, spezifizieren, teste und implementiere neue oder optimierte Prozesse und sorge für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
  • Prüfe Empfehlungen von SAP oder externen Partnern und setze diese gemeinsam mit unseren Technologieabteilungen um.
  • Bring dein Fachwissen aktiv in SAP-Projekten ein und treibe Veränderungen voran.
  • Unterstütze beim 2nd-Level-Support sowie bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung von Testfällen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA bzw. ECC 6.0 und SAP IBP und fühlst dich sicher genug, eigene Lösungen zu entwickeln und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du kennst die Abläufe in PP/IBP und anderen logistischen Modulen nicht nur theoretisch, sondern auch aus dem Tagesgeschäft und weißt, wie man sie digital optimal abbildet.
  • Analysen, Hinterfragen und Optimieren von Geschäftsprozessen gehören zu deinen Stärken und machen dir Freude.
  • Du weißt, wie man Anforderungen in Projekten sauber definiert, Veränderungen begleitet und Stakeholder erfolgreich einbindet sei es als aktiver Projektmitarbeiter oder Inputgeber.
  • Du kannst Business Requirements aufnehmen, in SAP-ERP & IBP übersetzen und implementieren.
  • Komplexe Themen erklärst du verständlich, klärst Erwartungen und stellst die richtigen Fragen du arbeitest offen, lösungsorientiert und unkompliziert mit anderen zusammen.
  • Du bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und weißt, wie Prioritäten gesetzt werden.
  • Soziale Kompetenz und Freude an Gestaltung zeichnen dich aus, und du arbeitest gern bereichsübergreifend.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift.
