Unser Kunde ist ein führender Schweizer IT-Dienstleister mit Sitz im Kanton Aargau. Rund 30 spezialisierte SAP-Beraterinnen und -Berater (total ca. 500 Mitarbeiter) unterstützen Unternehmen aus Dienstleistung, Finanzwirtschaft, Gesundheitswesen, öffentlichem Sektor und Energie. Das Portfolio umfasst SAP-Beratung und -Implementierung, ergänzt durch IT-Security, Microsoft und AI-Lösungen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Konzeption und Implementierung integrierter Supply-Chain-Lösungen entlang von Beschaffung, Lagerlogistik und Auslieferungsprozessen.
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs von SAP Logistiklösungen in komplexen Unternehmensumgebungen.
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von End-to-End Prozessen entlang der Prozessketten Purchase-to-Pay und Order-to-Cash.
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in skalierbare, wartbare und integrierte SAP Lösungen.
  • Customizing und Optimierung von SAP Logistikmodulen mit Fokus auf MM, SD sowie idealerweise WM oder EWM.
  • Gestaltung von Prozessdesigns und Integrationsszenarien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und angrenzenden Fachbereichen.
  • Unterstützung von S/4HANA Transformationsprojekten, Migrationen sowie Neueinführungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT zur Definition von Lösungsarchitekturen und Implementierungsstrategien.
  • Verantwortung für Designentscheidungen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten.
  • Förderung von Best Practices, Prozessstandardisierung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung innerhalb der Supply Chain Prozesse.

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP Logistikumfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP MM und SAP SD.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP WM oder SAP EWM sind von Vorteil.
  • Gutes Verständnis integrierter Finance Prozesse sowie bereichsübergreifender SAP Prozesslandschaften.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von End-to-End Prozessketten wie Purchase-to-Pay und Order-to-Cash.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in internationalen Unternehmensumfeldern.
  • Erfahrung mit S/4HANA Transformationen, Migrationen oder SAP Neueinführungen.
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in stabile und nachhaltige SAP Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Fachbereichen und IT.
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Projekt- und Transformationsumfeldern ist von Vorteil.
