Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • SAP Application Engineering: Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der SAP-Applikationslandschaft für Einkauf, Lagerwirtschaft und Intralogistik mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP MM, SRM, IM und EWM
  • SAP Customizing: Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen sowie eigenständiges Customizing in den relevanten SAP-Logistikmodulen
  • SAP EWM & Smart Factory: Transformation von SAP SRM zu SAP EWM in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Business Process Owner; Konfiguration der Systemeinstellungen sowie Koordination mit externen Beratungspartnern
  • Automatisierte Intralogistik: Begleitung der Integration eines automatischen Kleinteilelagers inklusive Anbindung und Einbindung des Materialflussrechners
  • SAP Process Consulting: Beratung der Fachbereiche und Prozessverantwortlichen bei neuen Anforderungen, Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben sowie Beurteilung der technischen Machbarkeit
  • Konzeption & Implementierung: Erstellung und Beurteilung von Lastenheften, Verantwortung für technische Pflichtenhefte sowie Begleitung von SAP-Lösungen von der Konzeption über Tests bis zum Go-live
  • Business-IT-Schnittstelle: Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in nachhaltige SAP-Lösungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Business Analysis und SAP-Spezialisten
  • SAP Rollouts: Übernahme der Verantwortung für relevante SAP-Logistikmodule bei Einführungs- und Rolloutprojekten an internationalen Standorten der Kistler Gruppe
  • Testing & Dokumentation: Planung und Durchführung von Tests, Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Übergabe in den Betrieb
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen für neue und angepasste SAP-Prozesse
  • SAP Support: Unterstützung des Operations Teams in Bratislava im Second Level Support sowie Übernahme des Third Level Supports bei komplexen SAP- und Prozessfragen

Dein Profil:

  • SAP Expertise: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im SAP Customizing, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP MM, SRM und/oder IM
  • SAP EWM: Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit SAP EWM von Vorteil; Kenntnisse weiterer SAP-Logistikmodule willkommen
  • Logistikprozesse: Fundiertes Verständnis von Einkaufs-, Lager-, Materialfluss- und Logistikprozessen in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • SAP-Projektkompetenz: Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von SAP-Implementierungen, Rollouts, Migrationen oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Prozess- und Beratungskompetenz: Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und zur Übersetzung in praxistaugliche SAP-Lösungen
  • Technisches Verständnis: Verständnis für Systemintegrationen, Schnittstellen und automatisierte Logistiklösungen; Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Materialflusssteuerungen von Vorteil
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise: Schnelle Erfassung komplexer Zusammenhänge, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Internationales Umfeld: Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
