Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche Koordination der Teams in SAP Basis, SAP Security und SAP Entwicklung sowie Abstimmung von Zuständigkeiten, Ressourcen und technischen Prioritäten
  • Steuerung der technologischen Weiterentwicklung und des stabilen Betriebs der SAP-Systemlandschaft unter Berücksichtigung geschäftlicher Anforderungen, Sicherheitsstandards und Architekturvorgaben
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie strukturierte Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs nach Geschäftsnutzen, technischer Komplexität, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Erarbeitung der Produktziele und der technologischen Roadmap gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement sowie Abstimmung von Vorhaben mit angrenzenden Produktteams und externen Umsetzungspartnern
  • Sicherstellung eines leistungsfähigen und verlässlichen SAP-Betriebs inklusive Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents, Problems und Changes sowie Überwachung vereinbarter Service Levels
  • Koordination von SAP-Releases, Deployments, Systemaktualisierungen und Lifecycle-Massnahmen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Berücksichtigung von SAP-Berechtigungskonzepten, Sicherheitsanforderungen und betrieblichen Qualitätsstandards bei sämtlichen Weiterentwicklungs- und Betriebsaktivitäten

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Technologieumfeld, mit fundierter Expertise in SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP Berechtigungen oder SAP Entwicklung
  • Gute Kenntnisse von SAP S/4HANA sowie des SAP-Ökosystems und angrenzender Technologien; Erfahrung mit hybriden Systemarchitekturen und On-Premise- sowie Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Praxis in der fachlichen Führung technischer Spezialisten sowie in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Produktsteuerung, im Product Backlog Management und in der Priorisierung technischer Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung von Geschäftszielen und Betriebserfordernissen
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management sowie in der Koordination von Changes, Releases und Deployments; Verständnis für Systemverfügbarkeit, Performance, IT-Sicherheit und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Governance, Qualitätssicherung und technische Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Schweizer Landessprache sowie Deutsch oder Französisch auf mindestens Niveau B1; Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B1 sind von Vorteil
