Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Verantwortung für die strukturierte Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der am Schweizer Standort eingesetzten SAP-Prozesse
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen Wissensbasis für SAP-relevante Themen und Abläufe
  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Koordination von SAP-L1-Supportanfragen inklusive eigenständiger Bearbeitung standardisierter Störungen und Service Requests
  • Mitarbeit beim geplanten Übergang auf SAP S/4HANA und bei der Einführung des neuen SAP-Gruppenmodells am Schweizer Standort
  • Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen IT-Verantwortlichen und zentralen HQ-Teams bei technischen Störungen, Systemanpassungen sowie Änderungen an Netzwerken und Applikationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests für neue SAP-Anforderungen und standardisierte Template-Prozesse
  • Begleitung von Implementierungen und Go-live-Aktivitäten in Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, lokalen Stakeholdern und zentralen IT-Einheiten
  • Administrative Unterstützung bei SAP-bezogenen Beschaffungsprozessen, von der Bestellerfassung über die Nachverfolgung bis zur Abwicklung nachgelagerter Prozesse
  • Kontrolle externer Leistungsnachweise und rapportierter Aufwände hinsichtlich vertraglicher Vereinbarungen und vereinbarter Deliverables
  • Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit externen SAP- und Applikationspartnern
  • Mitbetreuung der an SAP angebundenen Systeme und Lösungen, unter anderem aus den Bereichen MES, Versand und Logistik sowie Ausschussmanagement

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Applikationsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in SAP, IT-Service-Management, Prozessmanagement oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Praxiserfahrung mit SAP GTS, SAP VIM und/oder SAP HR wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketing-, Incident- und Service-Management-Prozessen; Kenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit AMS-Partnern von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau; Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für SAP-Integrationen und Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Systemen, beispielsweise MES, Versand- und Logistiklösungen, Ausschussmanagement, Treasury oder Reporting
