Unser Kunde ist ein Schweizer SAP Beratungshaus mit Standorten in Luzern und Aargau. Sie haben eine ausgewiesene Expertise in der Einführung und Betreuung von SAP Lösungen für den Mittelstand. Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Begleitung von Kunden bei der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition im Finance-Bereich – in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen sowie Erstellung von Fach- und Systemkonzepten
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Teilprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finance- und Controlling-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finance-Strukturen inklusive Werteflusskonzepte
  • Beratung und Customizing in Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling sowie Implementierung ausgewählter Lösungen (z. B. im Bereich Rechnungsmanagement, Bankanbindung oder Abschlussprozesse)
  • Identifikation von Digitalisierungspotenzialen sowie Vorstellung neuer Funktionen und Best Practices innerhalb der SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops im Presales-Kontext bei Bedarf
  • Einsatz des Finance-Know-hows in einem nationalen und internationalen Projektumfeld

Dein Profil:

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition im FI/CO-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung
  • Erfahrung in ERP-Projekten sowie im strukturierten Arbeiten nach etablierten Implementierungsmethoden der SAP Cloud
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verständnis für bereichsübergreifende Zusammenhänge sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen und -prozessen
  • Klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation, Fähigkeit zur Moderation von Workshops und strukturierte Anforderungsaufnahme
  • Selbstständige, analytische und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Projektumfeld sowie bei ERP-Rollouts von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen bei gleichzeitig hohem Remote-Anteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
