Kurz und prägnant: SAP SCM, Application Management, SAP MM, WM/EWM, PP-PI, PM/EAM, SAP Customizing, in Ostermundigen/Home-Office.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung des stabilen SAP-Betriebs und der Verfügbarkeit der betreuten SCM-Applikationen über den gesamten Lifecycle
  • Analyse und Koordination von Incidents, Problems und Changes sowie Überwachung von Schnittstellen und Hintergrundverarbeitungen
  • Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und Entwicklung geeigneter SAP-Lösungen
  • Begleitung von Implementierungen, Anpassungen und Tests
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern, internen IT-Teams und externen SAP-Partnern
  • Unterstützung der Anwender im laufenden Betrieb und bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der SAP-SCM-Landschaft
  • Teilnahme an Pikett- und Bereitschaftsdiensten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld und gutes Verständnis von Supply-Chain-Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren SAP-Modulen, idealerweise MM, WM/EWM, PP-PI oder PM/EAM
  • Erfahrung im SAP Application Management, Customizing oder Schnittstellenumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis betrieblicher Prozesse in Logistik, Beschaffung, Produktion oder Instandhaltung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT und Fachbereichen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
