Unser Kunde ist ein internationales IT-Beratungsunternehmen mit Sitz im Kanton Zug. Mit rund 70 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz (total ca. 250) unterstützt das Unternehmen als zertifizierter SAP Gold Partner Kunden aus dem Einzelhandel. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf SAP S/4HANA, SAP for Retail, Omnichannel-Lösungen, Prozessautomatisierung sowie der Migration in die SAP Cloud.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Beratung der Kunden zu zukunftsweisenden Prozessen und strategischen Ausrichtungen im Handel, um deren Fokus auf Kernkompetenzen zu stärken
  • Entwicklung effizienter Strukturen mit den Kunden zur Kostensenkung und Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit; dazu gehören die Konzeption und das Coaching bei der Umsetzung von Projekten mit der Branchenlösung SAP for Retail, sowohl auf nationaler als auch internationaler Ebene
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung der Sales-Abteilung bei der Neukundengewinnung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Uni oder FH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Retail-Bereich und tiefes Verständnis der dortigen Prozesse
  • Praxiswissen in Sales and Distribution sowie im Bereich An- und Auslieferprozesse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing von Vertriebslösungen
  • Idealerweise technische Erfahrung mit SAP Technologien wie IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs sowie Customer- und Userexits
  • Optionales Know-how in der ABAP Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Online-Shops und ggf. Wissen im Bereich Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
