Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der SAP Security Roadmap 2028
  • Entwicklung moderner Security- und Berechtigungskonzepte für SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Integration von Security-Anforderungen in SAP-Projekte und Transformationsvorhaben
  • Weiterentwicklung von Identity-&-Access-Management-Prozessen, Workflows und Governance-Modellen
  • Beobachtung neuer Technologien und Entwicklungen im SAP Security-Umfeld sowie Überführung relevanter Ansätze in die Praxis
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und regelkonformen Betriebs der SAP Security-Landschaft
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung komplexer Berechtigungs-, Rollen- und Security-Anforderungen
  • Konzeption, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Sicherstellung von Governance-, Compliance-, Audit- und regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Cyber Security, Projektteams und externen Partnern
  • Fachliche Beratung bei Security-, IAM- und Berechtigungsthemen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in SAP Security, SAP Authorization Management oder Identity & Access Management
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA IS-U, SAP BTP oder SAP Cloud ALM von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im SAP-Projektumfeld und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Solides Verständnis von IT Security, Governance, Compliance und Audit-Anforderungen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen systematisch zu analysieren und in umsetzbare Lösungen zu überführen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an der Verbindung von operativen Aufgaben mit konzeptioneller Weiterentwicklung
